Dans des groupes mixtes, entre les classes, l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 et les disciplines, les enseignants se r\u00e9unissent pour planifier et mener des activit\u00e9s et des ateliers les uns pour les autres.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux enseignants sont initi\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e9dagogie de MGIS par le biais d&rsquo;un apprentissage pratique et les enseignants plus anciens ont l&rsquo;occasion de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9viser\u00a0\u00bb, d&rsquo;innover et d&rsquo;imaginer avant d&rsquo;accueillir les \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour une nouvelle ann\u00e9e scolaire.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
