Kairavi has undergone professional development in teaching from British Council, CIEP, Ministère de l’éducation Nationale, Tara Teacher and Research Action Centre as well as Mahatma Gandhi International School Teacher Training Centre.
She has a Masters degree in Commerce, also

– Certificated for experiential learning course.
Collaborated on and implemented innovative pedagogical initiatives that focused on student-first, hands-on and experiential learning to foster French instruction.
