Meenakshi is currently the Sr. Manager For All International Program Development and Outreach at Mahatma Gandhi International School. She is an active IBEN member for the roles of Examiner, IB Workshop Leader ( CAT 1,2 & 3), Consultant and Program Leader. She is the initiator of IBCP and BTEC programs at MGIS. She was previously the IBCP coordinator and the BTEC Centre Head for the school. She is currently working on launching the American Board at the school with MSA.She is a trained subject matter expert for IB subjects like DS, Reflective Project, PPS and Dance.

Meenakshi holds a Masters in Engineering from Gujarat University, a Computer degree from IGNOU. She has professional certifications from Corporate AT&T & Dell Inc. She is an ETI certified Integration Analyst from Austin (USA) and a BPI certified from Dell Inc Austin (TX,USA). Meenakshi is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Holder. She has 35 years of experience in the National and International Corporate and Education sector. She has been an IT Manager at IIMA. Meenakshi has been in the American corporate as Management Analyst at Dell Inc, Austin Texas, Configuration Manager at AT&T NJ. She started her career as a GPSC candidate lecturer at LD College Of Engineering & Government Polytechnic.

She is the Project owner to the UKIERI at MGIS to work with Dudley College UK. Meenakshi is the initiator of International Exchange programs with The Dudley College Of Technology, GTEP and the American Program with 360 + and Indiaspora. She has worked as an Education Consultant for Hamstech Institute of Fashion & Interior Design and for DY Patil school. She has been an IB Presenter at several IB conferences.
