Ravinder Kaur has qualifications in Diploma In Computer Applications, NIIT 1996, Ajmer, Bachelor of Sciences 1996, Ajmer University, Rajasthan, India, Masters in Arts (English Literature) 2004, Ajmer University, Rajasthan, India, Bachelor Degree in Education, 2006, IGNOU and Course in Environment education” Green Teacher” 2010 by Commonwealth of Learning.
She is an IB trained teacher with 17 years of experience in teaching students aged 12- 17years at Mahatma Gandhi International School (MGIS), India. Her expertise involves charting out interdisciplinary projects that addresses the skill based active pedagogy. Recently Knowledge Resource Development and Welfare Group have awarded her for “Innovation in Pedagogy”. She is actively involved with Educational and Cultural Exchange programmes with schools in Australia and France. Ravinder initiated and designed many community projects successfully. One of the successful projects “ Matka Fridge” has been published in the IB World magazine.
Over the years, she has been actively involved in developing the curriculum, planning, implementing, integrating, moderating and training the team for the successful furthering of the IB Program. She has also conducted workshops and teachers training globally under International Baccalaureate (IBO) Middle Year Program (IBO) and Diploma Program (IBO).
