My role is to develop in each student an interest in and the ability for creative expression, using skills and techniques of artistic expression consistent with school projects; to develop aesthetic understandings and appreciation.”
Star Projects: “Creating a Calendar” on the theme of Indian Monuments with Grade 5 was an amazing experience with the students. The whole process of creating monuments with various Paper techniques, constructing 3-D shapes, making Design Layouts, research on the monuments, understanding proportions, field visits, etc. with great enthusiasm and dedication by the students was indeed a learning process for me as well.
Developed Game Zones with Grade 6 in different areas of School. It was a fun project where maths and developing strategies was learnt in a very playful way. I helped them create such games in various spaces of the school and actually paint or create models proportionately.
