The French Consulate delegation visited MGIS on 22nd October.
Jean-Marc Séré-Charlet, 51, alumnus of “Ecole nationale d’administration” (ENA), is a distinguished diplomat for more than 20 years of experience in the diplomatic and cultural fields.
He has also worked as Counsellor in the Embassy of France in Moscow and in the Permanent Representation of France to the European Union in Brussels, as Cultural Counsellor in the French Embassy in Rome and he was diplomatic advisor to the Minister of Culture and Communication in Paris.
